Teaching + Retreats

I love teaching and working with groups. There is a certain magic that can happen in a group context, large or small, as we learn together. I teach regularly on the Enneagram (an ancient personality map), meditation (including how to get started), and more.

In my teaching I cross-pollinate different fields: coupling stats from brain scientists with wisdom from 4th century ascetics. And I tuck in experiential elements to feed your body and soul along with your mind. But mostly in addition to sharing my 8 most incisive tools for clarity and resiliency (called the FLOURISH Formula) and I love to teach to the live questions of the participants in the room.
