Teaching + Retreats

Let me come to you!

I love teaching and working with groups. There is a certain magic that can happen in a group context, large or small, as we learn together. I teach regularly on the Enneagram, meditation (including how to get started), and more.

In my teaching I cross-pollinate different fields: coupling stats from brain scientists with wisdom from 4th century ascetics. And I tuck in experiential elements to feed your body and soul along with your mind. But mostly I love to craft a lesson that is a great fit for your group and to teach to the live questions of the participants in the room. You can set up a complementary conversation to talk more about your needs or email me directly at cp@courtneypinkerton.com.

I am hosting an international retreat this May 4-7 2017 in San Miguel de Allende. You can learn more about Flourish, a renewing retreat for busy women here.

I’ve been to many trainings and I can say I have never felt so loved and cared for… All of the time and intention you put into the retreat were noticed and appreciated. All I could want is MORE.

You have such a beautiful teaching presence. I find it absolutely amazing at how you manage to bring full expertise and skill, all the while being approachable and invitational and empowering. You are a true teacher. Also, I loved hearing you speaking Spanish! Thanks for the class it was wonderful.

Thank you so much Courtney! Your presentation was exceptional and was both entertaining as well as informative.  Love your non-anxious presence.  Your calm demeanor and peace just infiltrates the room like a wonderful fragrance.

As I suspected, this is EXACTLY what I needed in my life. I feel so fortunate to have connected with your work & grateful that you’re answering your calling so thoughtfully. When I say it’s exactly what I needed I mean this:  I came to meditation because I was looking for new — un-consumerized — ways to turn down my internal temperature and speed, and increase my ability to be present in soft, loving ways for myself and my family. In just a few days, I’ve found that meditation begins to do all of those things. Yes, because of the time I spend being intensely quiet and contemplative, in a forgiving stance. And also because I create an internal reminder, an index of that feeling of peace and calm, which stays close to the surface of my emotional landscape within easy reach. I feel the beginnings of an internal shift in my resting emotional frequency. The effect brings me back to meditation every morning and evening with eager gratitude. thank YOU!

Looking for other ways to escape the daily routine + re-calibrate?

Consider a custom-designed retreat. I work with individuals and groups to design one-of-a-kind retreats. Day or overnight options available and include a combination of structured conversations, coaching and teaching sessions with time to integrate, be in nature, or relax!

A custom retreat is a simple yet powerful way to explore deeper questions and to identify the daily practices and habits which will help you detox your nervous system, deepen your connection to Source, and enjoy your life.

Please contact me at cp@courtneypinkerton.com or set up a complementary conversation to explore your needs. xoxo Courtney

PS I currently host retreats at the Shooting Star Ranch, a 24 acre retreat center located south of downtown Dallas as well as at Casa del Sol in New Mexico. I am also available to come to you if your group already has a location in mind.
