Happy Friday! I am just back from Viverde, a permaculture farm where we shot videos this morning for my upcoming Slow Down Accomplish More Challenge. I love it out there. Checkout some favorite behind the scenes pics below!

And if you haven’t already I want to invite you to sign up for The Challenge which starts on Monday and includes one week of quick morning videos describing specific homework or “fieldwork” practices, plus a soothing mini bedtime podcast each night to reflect on lessons learned. I’m super excited!

And just to clarify — this isn’t only about smelling the roses — though the Challenge will help you wake up your senses and feel more alert and alive in your daily life. It is also about being less stressed and more productive, and includes strategies for orienting your life around what is actually most precious and salient for you in both relationships and in work.

In The Slow Down Accomplish More Challenge I cover:

  • What is sometimes called a “medical” or “moving” meditation — Three of my favorite Qi Gong practices to help you easily reset when stressed.
  • Tips on how your Enneagram or personality type may besubconsciously keeping you busy but chasing the wrong things.
  • And I will also be sharing some new passions and lessons which are emerging for me out of our Nicaraguan life. Plus a few surprises!

I hope you will join me.

And anyone can register for this free Challenge so please forward this email and invite your mom, your friends, your sister — anyone who wants to both slow down and accomplish and enjoy more in life!
