I am so excited to announce to you that my Flourish Formula for Families course is {almost} ready! I mean it is really, really close. You know that feeling when you are over 9 months pregnant? That’s how I felt today as I put the finishing touches on the course page and final details explaining and inviting you into the program, which starts Oct 30th.

In fact the plan was to launch the program and open the doors for you this afternoon.

But now it looks like Rosetta has a mystery skin infection.

And so my afternoon has…. gone a different direction. (Believe me you don’t want to HEAR about the tropical fungal infection our sweet three-legged rescue kitten Quinn brought back from Nicaragua. She is so cute we forgive her.)

This is how it goes in life with children.

Sure I could push through and launch anyway.

But honestly, that is not how I want to roll. And not the kind of space I want to invite you into.

This is a program that is all about taking the mindbody, mindset and awareness tools in The Flourish Formula, my Amazon best-selling book, and adapting them for use in family life.

It is about creating breathing room and freedom, more fun and less stress.

So today I am sharing with you a beautiful resource: A Family Centering Guide, which offers a taste of the content in the program. I hope you will forward it on to anyone who could use it!

And you can expect a really special invitation from me with all the details early next week.

This weekend I hope you allow yourself to push the pause button.

Let people think what they want while you (and the children in your life) rest in the truth of your beautiful, imperfect, wildly unpredictable humanity.

And decide the pace of life you want to live.
