This week my life dished up a gorgeous opportunity for me to learn AGAIN how to go from feeling squished to spacious is my own work and schedule.

Thanks to those of you who have shared feedback about the Flourish Formula for Families program. I am SO excited to teach this content. It feels like a garden I’ve planned out and can’t wait to grow.

Yet, here is what I’ve heard from many of you:

“I love this! But now is not the right time.”

Sometimes “Now is not the right time” means “I’m afraid” or “I’m not used to investing in myself and my growth” or “there is never enough time.” And this is the kind of self-talk I help women coach themselves through to step into experiences they really want.

But other times “It isn’t the right time” means it really isn’t the right time.

So many of you have shared with me that you already feel like these next few months through the holidays and into the New Year are already spoken for.

I’ve heard you. I’ve learned from your feedback that mamas need extra time to put themselves on the calendar.

So I looked around and thought – who is in charge here? Oh right. That’s me! And I decided let’s do what feels good.

So I’m making a couple of changes:

First. I’m gifting ALL of us a nice long on-ramp and am moving the start date of the program to February 2019. And I’m adding a bonus 5th Early Bird Kickstarter Coaching Call on November 20th.

Everything is fair game for this bonus call. Holiday planning and reducing mayhem and drama. Schedules and stuff. Personality questions and conflicts. And how to deal with Guilt! Or any other current family struggle. Plus when you join now you can enjoy the full Parenting with the Enneagram Digital library at your own pace.

Second I’ve also learned that some of you would like to join as a duo – both Mom and Dad, or Mom and Mommy or Grammy and Mom or some other combo. So lets do that! Each registration covers one family DUO and after you join we will give you the opportunity to send an invitation to one other person to participate, free of charge.

If these changes make it possible for you to say yes to this invitation I want to invite you in to the new and improved Flourish Formula for Families.

And as my thank you for your flexibility I’m offering an early bird coupon. You can use this coupon through the end of November to join at the lowest rate.

So often we put things into an either/or category. We push and strain. It is do or die. Success or Failure.

In my experience flourishing both inside ourselves and inside our families is about resiliency. It is about listening beyond our tight gripped fingers of control and instead feeling into“What wants to happen here?” and asking, “Show me what is mine to do.”

Sometimes the answer to these questions invite us to dig deep or to follow through. But for many of us in the recovering overachiever camp the more potent medicine is to allow ourselves to relax a notch or to find a creative solution.

I hope that this case-study from my life helps you to course correct in whatever way, big or small, allows your own life to go from squished to spacious.

And if you want to reserve your spot in this special coaching program for families and learn fresh techniques to metabolize stress (that you can naturally share with children) so all of you feel happy, playful and free

you can reserve your spot right here.

Warmly, Courtney

PS I would love for you to forward this on to someone you think would enjoy it!
