Today I am SO happy to let you know that the metaphorical garden gate is OPEN to register for the upcoming Cultivate Your Inner Garden Challenge! I hope you will join me for this free, five day online challenge which starts May 3 and learn to liberate yourself from painful negative voices and cultivate a resilient inner eco-system which nurtures your goals.

And because this invitation is going out on Earth Day 🌎 and in the wake of the verdict in the trail of Derek Chauvin, I also want to say the inner creates the outer. Meaning if we want to create a just society and to live with kindness on this earth, then that liberatory work actually starts INSIDE us.

Learning how to uproot negative inner voices like perfectionism and imposter syndrome is an act of activism and a commitment to inner freedom. It creates the resilient eco-system inside which is the foundation for a life of joy and satisfaction. It also helps us to work toward social and ecological change in a sustainable way that doesn’t burn us out.

One guilty verdict is only a drip toward the system changes and racial equity that we need in our country. But now is a time to honor the life of George Floyd and the brave women and men who have led and are leading the Black Lives Matter movement. I see you. As a white woman with many privileges in this caste system – I am listening and I am committed to learning what I need to learn and to unlearning what I need to unlearn to become a better ally.

For each person who registers for the challenge (up to 250) I will be making a $1 donation to the Loveland Foundation to support their work in healing trauma in Black women and girls.

Click here to join today! Flourishing is never a solitary sport.

And one more thing. It is ok to be tired. The pandemic, homeschooling, racial reckoning, environmental concerns. It is a LOT. Which is one of the reasons I am so thirsty for fun and am designing this Challenge with a very light and playful touch. (And some really great prizes!) Think of it as a virtual Garden Party.

🌿 Because your goals and hopes for your life matter. They are as precious and irreplaceable as you are.🌿

Growth doesn’t require beating ourselves up on the inside, riding ourselves hard or pushing ourselves forward. That is all part of the old approach. Instead we grow best when nurtured and in a safe environment. When we are given resources and frameworks that support us in healing our internal divisions. When we can clear out the inner voices that choke our hopes and create room to stretch in a new direction. A resilient inner eco-system is the foundation of a flourishing life.

The simple shifts, practices and frameworks I will be teaching you in the Challenge can change a whole day, a whole year, a whole life.

So come on in! Each day I’ll email you a brief video, plus details on a simple challenge action and a journaling prompt for those who want to take it deeper. Plus I am hosting live Q and A calls each day at noon Eastern for support and to connect as a community.

Please also invite a friend/s you think would enjoy it.

Together we can both be and support the change we want in the world.

Yours, Courtney 🌿
