Something New
I am so happy to share that I am launching a podcast in a few weeks called 'Inner Ecology,' on the intersection of personal and planetary flourishing. (Click here to listen to the trailer.)
It has been a labor of love, something I've been working on behind the scenes for a few years and I'm releasing it now in honor of Hurricane Helene survivors as we approach the first year anniversary and as a fundraiser for two water-based nonprofits.
In each episode I focus on a resiliency resource: breathwork, narrative change, cold-plunging, relationship health, financial rootedness and more!
These are long-form interviews, 45 minutes to 1 hour each, with wise colleagues in the personal growth space and each episode offers simple practices to heal from or avoid burnout, metabolize overwhelm, and take inspired action toward your legacy work and life.
It is a capsule podcast, meaning I don't have plans at this time to continue it beyond this season. I'll launch the first full length episode ahead of the Fall Equinox on September 22 and then there is one interview with each of the 9 Enneagram Types, a gentle way to learn about these archetypal human personalities.
For now I hope you will listen to the trailer and let me know what you think!
In it I share more of the behind-the-scenes motivation for the podcast + fundraiser and you can also read the trailer transcript below.
More details coming soon on how you can participate with the launch. In addition to being hosted on my website you will also be able to listen to Inner Ecology on Itunes and Spotify.
