Caroline has a Masters of Divinity and is a Licensed Mental Health Service Provider. She works as a therapist, spiritual companion, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, and writer. She has a great passion for accompanying people as they engage their wholeness so they can move forward in their lives in meaningful and life-giving ways. She is the author of As Yourself: The Sacred Work of Embodying Grace. Courtney Pinkerton (she/her) combines nature and coaching resources to help clients boost resiliency, avoid burnout and create their legacy work and lives.
