Relationships + Rewilding with Mallika Bush
Relationships | Enneagram Type 4 Interview
In this episode, Mallika Bush, founder of Rooted Relationships, and I explore strategies that help us relate well to ourselves, our friends and families, and the earth.
In probably my favorite bit we talk about how we need relationships with people who can hold our power and potential AND our vulnerabilities. Mallika also shares her experiences as a professional actor that schooled her in the deep listening skills she now uses as a licensed marriage and family therapist coaching women and couples. As someone who leads with Enneagram Type 4, Mallika brings depth and nuance to our conversation about the intersection between healing our inner lives and helping to revitalize ecosystems.
You can expect another Enneagram Interview + Resiliency Resource every few weeks (with a little break around the holidays).
I hope you will join me on this journey and follow Inner Ecology on Apple Podcast or Spotify (this helps me connect to more listeners.)
