Seasonal Health + Ayurveda with Hannah Levin

Seasonal Health | Enneagram Type 1 Interview

In this episode, Hannah Levin, founder of Heartfelt Wellbeing, and I explore the intersection of personal + planetary health.

In probably my favorite bit we talk about aligning our healthcare with the natural seasons and rhythms. Hannah shares how Ayurveda offers us the ‘ the owner's manual’ for our unique body, mind and spirit combination and clues about our innate strengths and challenges. She also shares the personal health crisis which led her to become a student and teacher of Ayurveda, the ‘sister science’ to yoga and a 5,000+ year old system for thriving in daily life. As someone who leads with Enneagram Type 1, Hannah brings a lot of rigor and passion to complex conversations about how we can each customize our health-care and self-care in order to show up more fully in our personal and professional relationships and life’s work.

You can expect another Enneagram Interview + Resiliency Resource every two weeks throughout the fall of 2025 (with a little break around the holidays.)

I hope you will join me on this journey and follow Inner Ecology on Apple Podcast or Spotify (this helps me connect to more listeners.)
