Meet Carrie Coleman

Carrie holds an M.A. in Communications and has trained in Wayfinder, Immunity to Change, and Positive Intelligence coaching. She is also a member of the Climate Coaching Alliance. With more than two decades of experience working in narrative change, Carrie has led clients through innovation initiatives, developed strategic plans, and built collaborations for corporations, nonprofits, and public policy groups. She has worked closely with executives, founders, and boards to strengthen leadership, rebrand organizations, rethink product development, restructure services, and reframe outdated political stories that no longer serve. Courtney Pinkerton (she/her) combines nature and coaching resources to help clients boost resiliency, avoid burnout and create their legacy work and lives. She is a certified Wayfinder coach with over a dozen years of life + career coaching experience, trained by the Narrative Enneagram and a member of the Climate Coaching Alliance. Courtney holds Masters of Divinity and Public Policy from Harvard and is the author of The Flourish Formula: An Overachiever's Guide to Slowing Down and Accomplishing More.
